Product Specific Terms

The Product-Specific Cancellation Terms are based on Evenio’s General Terms and Conditions. Please note that Evenio offers three (3) distinct product categories for Guided Tours and Activities. Evenio Event Services are exclusively B2B services and are not included in the General Terms and Conditions or the Product-Specific Terms and Conditions for Guided Tours and Activities. Tour and activity availability can be found through our webshop and sales platform Johku. For any urgent requests, we recommend direct contact for assistance.

Product-Specific Terms & Conditions:

  1. Guided Walking Tour

    • If the customer cancels at least 2 days before the start of the tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.

    • If the customer cancels 0–2 days before the start of the tour, 0% of the participation fee will be refunded.

  2. Guided Bus Tour

    • If the customer cancels at least 14 days before the start of the tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.

    • If the customer cancels 13–8 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.

    • If the customer cancels 7–0 days before the start of the tour, 0% of the participation fee will be refunded.

  3. Guided Tour on a Cruise Ship

    • If the customer cancels at least 21 days before the start of the tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded.

    • If the customer cancels 20–15 days before the start of the tour, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded.

    • If the customer cancels 14–0 days before the start of the tour, 0% of the participation fee will be refunded.

Additional Costs: Any guided tours or activities that require specific services (e.g., equipment, entrance fees, or interpretation) will be subject to separate terms and fees, as outlined by the service provider.
