Evenio
Evenio Oy is a Finnish event and meeting service provider, specialising in Investigator Meetings for the healthcare industry. We provide planning, visual design, and project management services to help clients create high-impact meeting experiences.
Since 2016, we have executed over 40 face-to-face meetings in Europe and the United States, hosted over 3000 attendees and consistently received positive feedback from clients. In 2020, as a response to a changing business environment and requests from clients, we expanded our services to include virtual meetings and trainings. We have since conducted several online investigator meetings, hosted 500+ attendees on our in-house meeting platform, and have received a lot of positive feedback from clients about our new service offerings.
